We begin our 2007-2008 season rehearsals with a mix of old and new singers that keep us at our full complement of 36 voices, evenly balanced between the four vocal parts.  Everyone is full of enthusiasm as we discover and learn new music!  Our holiday concert, to be given two performances again this year, will be on Saturday December 15th at 8 pm and Sunday December 16th at 3 pm, both in the Carlisle Theatre on West High Street in Carlisle.  The theme is Christmas Classics Old & New.   Click here for details on the program.

On October 20th we  are looking forward to an all-day workshop given by Ms. Lin Schuller of Boston.  She specializes in vocal technique for the older singer, especially ways to compensate for the physical changes that come with the years.  During the course of the she will cover vocal anatomy, breathing, and vocal health, and work with us on choral exercises.  It should be a very rewarding day!
